AHU Software Demo Checklist: Test Your Own Project

AHU selectionproject planning

Bring a representative project to an AHU software demonstration. Use known operating conditions and reference selections so the discussion can focus on evidence.

Seven checks to prepare

  1. Inputs: enter airflow, pressures and temperatures with explicit units.
  2. Component scope: identify the supported suppliers and ranges for the project.
  3. Reference results: compare selected results with source documents at matching conditions.
  4. Layout: review casing dimensions, component positions and connection details.
  5. Revision: change one requirement and review the affected results.
  6. Outputs: open the generated PDF and DXF with the receiving team.
  7. Quotation: document customization, validation, delivery and support requirements.

Record what remains open

A demonstration may reveal missing data or a need for integration work. Keep a written list and agree acceptance criteria before committing to a production workflow. Do not infer supplier certification, regulatory approval or a guaranteed completion time from the appearance of an interface.

Arrange a demonstration with AirSelect3D and include your sample unit and expected deliverables.
